History: This 22-year-old patient was concerned about the hump on her nose as well as her broad tip. She wanted a more refined tip but did not want to lose any projection because she has a prominent chin.

Her main complaints were inability to breathe through the nose as well as being discontented with the appearance of her nose. Examination revealed a twisted and deviated nose in the middle and right side with her septum deviated to the left side. The nostrils were noted to be asymmetrical with a slight nostril flare.
