Patient 1
History: This 22-year-old patient was concerned about the hump on her nose as well as her broad tip. She wanted a more refined tip but did not want to lose any projection because she has a prominent chin.

Patient 2
History: This 34-year-old patient was concerned with breathing problems and allergies as well as headaches. Her main complaints were inability to breathe through the nose as well as being discontented with the appearance of her nose. Examination revealed a twisted and deviated nose in the middle and right side with her septum deviated to the left side. The nostrils were noted to be asymmetrical with a slight nostril flare.
